Bookings & Cancellations

-A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final bill.


-Please select the correct service when booking to ensure accurate timing. Services cannot be changed less than 48 hours before your appointment. If you change to a treatment that is less than the original the full cost will still be charged.


-Rescheduling can only be done through our online booking system. You may reschedule once within 2 weeks of your original appointment date without losing your deposit.


-Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.


-Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost.


Before Your Appointment

-New clients must book for a foreign removal. This can include Acrylic.


Timekeeping & No-Shows

-A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will have the treatment adjusted to fit the remaining time. No late fee is charged but original booking price is still charged. -Arrivals over 20 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation and charged 100% of the service cost. -No-shows (missing an appointment without prior notice)


Private House Calls

-Available in East and Central London. -A call-out fee will apply, based on your location. -Please ensure all pets are secured in another room to avoid interruptions or accidents. -A suitable workspace must be prepared prior to the appointment for the best service experience. 2 chairs and natural lighting
