Booking & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking system, or in person.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.
- Clients are advised to arrive 5–10 minutes before their appointment time.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50–100% of the treatment cost.
- Failure to attend (no-show) will be charged the full appointment fee.
Health & Medical Disclosure
- Clients must complete a health consultation form before treatment.
- It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy.
- Certain conditions may require written GP approval or may make treatment unsuitable.
Contraindications
Sports massage and cupping therapy may not be suitable for individuals with:
- Blood clotting disorders or use of blood thinners
- Skin infections, open wounds, or burns
- Severe cardiovascular conditions
- Recent surgery (without medical clearance)
- Pregnancy (depending on stage and treatment type)
The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
payment policy
- Payment is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payment platforms.
- Package deals or offers must be used within the stated validity period.
Late arrival policy
Late Arrival
- 5-10 Minute late arrival is a grace period treatment will carry on as normal
- Arriving late may reduce treatment time to avoid affecting other clients.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no-show.
