Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment time will be charged in full.
A £20 booking fee is required to secure your booking, and will be taken off the total amount due on the day of your appointment.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive over 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled to avoid overlapping.
