A £20 booking fee is required to secure your booking, and will be taken off the total amount due on the day of your appointment.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive over 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled to avoid overlapping.
Arriving late - the time will be taken away from your appointment, to avoid overlapping with my next clients.
No shows will still be charged in full.
