Cancellation Policy

• If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the arranged time there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the booking charge.

Deposit

• A deposit of £10 is required to make a booking for new clients.

• A deposit is non refundable and will be taken off the total cost of the appointment.

Rescheduling

• Please contact me if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

Refund policy

• If you are unhappy with the service I am happy to offer to fix the issue that has made you unsatisfied however I cannot offer refunds for completed services.

General Terms & Conditions

• I have right to deny service for harassment, hygiene issues and any other concerns I may have regarding my health and safety.

• Payments must be received before or at the appointment no later.

• I accept bank transfers, cash and payment for deposits & cancellation can be paid via my booking site.
