🌿 Booking & Cancellation Terms – Shardae’s Nailspace šŸ—“ļø Bookings All appointments must be booked through my official booking link: https://booksolo.co/shardaesnailspace A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day via card or cash. Please ensure your space is clean, well-lit, and has a plug socket available. A table and chair are required unless we’ve arranged otherwise. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling Standard services require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Community Care rate bookings require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may be required to pay 50–100% of the service cost before rebooking. šŸ•’ Late Arrivals Please be ready for your appointment at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the deposit will be retained. šŸ  Mobile Setup Travel within the local area (e.g. Edgware, Colindale, Mill Hill) is included in your booking. For further distances, a travel fee may apply — this will be confirmed before your appointment. If I cannot safely access your location or your space is unsuitable for setup, the appointment may be cancelled at your cost. ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ Health & Hygiene If you have any symptoms of infection (fungal, bacterial, viral), please contact me prior to your appointment. Services may be refused if there is a health risk to you or myself. 🧾 By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
