🔧 7-Day Chip Fix Guarantee (For Technical Issues Only) If your nails chip or lift within 7 days of your appointment due to a technical fault (e.g. product lifting, incorrect curing), I’ll be happy to repair them free of charge. Please note: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by client mishandling (e.g. picking, biting, harsh use of hands, incorrect aftercare). Repairs will be done on a day and time that fits my mobile schedule in your area — or I may offer a discount for the repair at your next appointment. 🌿 Booking & Cancellation Terms – Shardae’s Nail space 🗓️ Bookings All appointments must be booked through my official booking link: https://booksolo.co/shardaesnailspace A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day via card. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling Standard services require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Community Care rate bookings require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may be required to pay 50–100% of the service cost before rebooking. 🕒 Late Arrivals Please be ready for your appointment at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the deposit will be retained. ❤️‍🩹 Health & Hygiene If you have any symptoms of infection (fungal, bacterial, viral), please contact me prior to your appointment.
