Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with SHELBY KERR - beauty & makeup artist, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to secure your booking.

• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• At least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposit

• Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in 50% of the service fee being charged.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

• A grace period of 15 mins is allowed for lateness to appointment 

PAYMENTS

• Final payment is due on the day of your appointment.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
