- Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to help flush away toxins released during your treatment.
- Avoid alcohol or caffeine for the next 24 hours if you can, as these can dehydrate the body and affect energy balance.

- Allow yourself time to rest and integrate.
- You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or even a little tired — this is perfectly normal as your body rebalances.
- Try to listen to your body’s cues and avoid overexertion for the rest of the day.

- Gentle movement like stretching or a walk in nature can help energy flow freely.

- Avoid using harsh foot scrubs or soaking your feet in very hot water immediately after treatment.
- Notice any sensations or tenderness in your feet — this can be your body communicating areas that needed attention.

- Keep warm and allow your muscles to rest.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent fatigue or soreness.
- If you experience mild tenderness, a warm bath with Epsom salts can help ease it.
