Shine N Slay Hair & Makeup Booking Terms
By booking an appointment with Shine N Slay, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Deposits
A non refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
The deposit is deducted from the final service total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the booking date.
Rescheduled appointments will incur a 25% fee.
Deposits are strictly non refundable under all circumstances including change of mind or cancellations.
Client Preparation
Clients must inform the artist in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. Full payment will still apply.
Travel & Location
Travel services are available and may incur an additional travel fee depending on location.
Photography & Portfolio Use
Shine N Slay reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested by the client prior to the appointment.
Liability
All professional hygiene standards are followed and high quality products are used. However, Shine N Slay is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed before the appointment.
