On-location bookings include travel within London Zones 1–3. Areas outside Zone 3 may incur an additional travel fee. Please enquire before booking if you’re unsure

By booking with me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 📅 Bookings & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This will be deducted from your final total. • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of making an enquiry, or the slot may be released. • Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation message. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged 50–100% of the full service price. • If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled date. ⏰ Lateness Policy • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. • Late arrivals impact following clients and the overall schedule. 👩‍🎨 Service Policy • All services are carried out based on the agreed brief discussed at booking. Changes to the requested look on the day may affect timing or pricing. • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. • Lashes are included unless stated otherwise. 🧼 Hygiene & Health • I use sanitised brushes and professional products for each client. • Please notify me in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities. • If you are feeling unwell (especially flu, cold sores, or contagious illness), please reschedule. Your health and mine matter! 💰 Payment • Remaining balance is due on the day via cash or bank transfer. • Failure to pay will result in a ban from future bookings. 📸 Photos & Social Media • I may take pictures/videos of your final look for my portfolio or social media.
