Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Deposits • Deposits: a deposit of 20% of your total appointment cost is required to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final service payment. • Deposits must be paid within 12 hours of booking or the appointment will be released. • No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. • The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment, payable by cash or card. 2. Rescheduling • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment (one reschedule only). 3. Accessibility • there is plenty of parking outside of Secret Salon Hairdressers where I am based 4. Client Readiness • Please arrive with clean, bare nails, or book a removal service if required. • If nails require extra prep or removal that was not booked in advance, this may shorten service time or incur an extra fee. 5. Health & Hygiene • I follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety. • If you have any nail infections, open cuts, warts, or contagious conditions, I may need to refuse service for health and safety reasons. • Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities to nail products. 6. Children & Pets • I work out of a small room within a hair salon, therefore pets and children are not permitted due to insurance reasons and space 7. Refunds & Complaints • All services are non-refundable once completed. • If you are unhappy with your nails, please contact me within 24 hours and I will do my best to resolve the issue. • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the client (e.g. picking, biting, or misuse), is not covered. 8. Photography & Social Media • I may take photos of your nails for portfolio and social media use. Please inform me beforehand if you prefer not to have photos taken or shared. 9. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is disrespectful, behaves inappropriately, or breaches these terms. ⸻ O
