☁️Cancellation policy☁️
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge, this will be 50% of the appointment cost.
Any cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before you can book in again.
☁️Late appointments☁️
Any appointments whereby you are late may result in the full treatment not being able to go ahead. The charge for the appointment would still be charged at the booking cost.
