Terms and conditions

* Kindly make sure your eyes are free from any makeup, mascara, or other products before your appointment. * If you have had a lash lift, please do not book for lash extensions until at least 6-8 weeks after treatment. * All foreign refills (refill on another lash techs works) will need to be requested by DM with a photo of current lashes. All foreign refills will be charged as a full set. * To be eligible for a refill your lash set must contain at least 40-50% lash extensions remaining and no longer than 3 weeks since last appointment, otherwise it will be considered a full set. * A $50 deposit will be required to secure all appointments, I will not be able to hold onto any appointments without a deposit. * Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me and letting me know in advance, your appointment will be cancelled and the full remaining payment will be charged. * If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will then be put towards your next appointment (valid for the next 2 months). * By confirming your appointment you are agreeing to be 100% accountable for your own aftercare. Improper aftercare can result in bad retention. * Strictly no refunds. * All after hours appointments can be booked via messaging myself, these appointments will incur an additional $20 fee.
