-Be sure to arrive with bare nails (unless you have booked in a soak-off or infill) Bare nails (free of any enhancements, including clear nail polishes). If you show up with enhancements on and have not booked a removal service or told me before - be aware that your appointment is likely to be rescheduled. -I do NOT work on infected or extremely damaged nails (e.g. Red raw, extremely thin nails). There must be a reasonable amount of healthy nail bed to adhere the product to. If you have: Swelling around the nail plate or fingers, extremely bitten nails or infectious conditions you will be turned away. (If you are unsure about the condition of your nails, please contact me before booking). -Under 16's. Must have a parent/older sibling (over 18) stay with them throughout their appointment. Parents/guardians (over 18) must enter the salon and give verbal or written consent for their child's nail enhancements. -Under 18’s: A parent is required to give written/ verbal consent. Once that is given, the parent/guardian is free to leave. If this is not followed, the client may be refused service. If your parent/guardian (over 18) is one of my regular clients, they are not required to accompany you to the appointment - as long as written consent is given beforehand. -Clients conducting adverse behaviours such as rudeness or intoxication will be refused treatment and I will most likely ban them from future services. RUNNING LATE? All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. If you are not inside the salon 15-minutes past i may have to reschedule your appointment depending if i have another client after you. it's possible to have an allergic reaction to BIAB, a popular nail enhancement product. BIAB contains HEMA, an ingredient that can trigger allergic reactions in some people. It is usually extremely rare for this to happen but if you experience any of the following symptoms please contact me for removal immediately and seek medical attention. -Symptoms Hives Itchy skin Rash Flaking or peeling skin Facial swelling Irritation of the eyes, nose, and mouth Wheezing Anaphylaxis, a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction -Treatment Over-the-counter cortisone cream to help with the reaction Antihistamines to help with itching

No deposit is required, however, A valid credit/debit card is required for a successful booking. This is used as insurance to cover my cancellation/No show policy. You can cancel your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. You can change your appointment date once, after this you will be charged 50% of the booking fee
