Appointments are arranged by contacting SJXO Skin directly via message, email, or phone. Your appointment will be confirmed once agreed and any required deposit has been received.
A small deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment unless stated otherwise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
All clients will complete a consultation form and provide relevant medical information prior to treatment so everything can be carried out safely and comfortably.
All treatments, including advanced facial and body treatments, are carried out following a professional consultation and suitability assessment.
Aftercare advice will be provided where appropriate, and clients are asked to follow this guidance to support the best possible outcome.
