  1. Booking Appointments • Advance Booking: Appointments are recommended to be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Confirmation: A confirmation email or text message will be sent to you upon booking. Please check and verify your appointment details. • Deposits: A deposit of £10 will be required to secure your appointment, which will go toward the cost of your treatment. This deposit is non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-shows (see cancellation policy below).

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of full service cost. Repeat late cancellations may result in being required to pre-pay for future services. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged full amount of the service cost. After two no-shows, clients will need to prepay for any future appointments.

  3. Late Arrival • Grace Period: We offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please DM jf you know you will be late • Shortened Services: If you arrive late and the schedule does not allow for a full session, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly to avoid delaying the next client. Full service charges will still apply. • Excessive Lateness: If you arrive more than 15/20 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another day, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

  4. Pre-Appointment Preparation • Skin Preparation: Please come with clean skin, free of makeup. Avoid using any heavy skin products or exfoliants within 24 hours prior to your facial. • Health Conditions: Inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent treatments such as waxing etc as certain products may not be suitable, all these questions will be on the consultation form sent to your pre appointment.

  1. Payment and Gratuities • Payment: Payment is due at the end of each service. We accept correct amount of cash or bank transfer.
