- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds
- Do not exfoliate the skin for at least 3–5 days
Hydro Facial/ High Frequency/ Radio frequency Aftercare
Do’s
- Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration
- Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating moisturiser
- Wear SPF 30+ every day
- Keep skin clean and moisturised
- Allow serums and nutrients to absorb fully into the skin
Don’ts
- Avoid makeup for 24 hours if possible
- Avoid active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliants for 48 hours
- Avoid excessive sweating, gym sessions, saunas, and steam rooms for 24 hours
- Avoid direct sunlight and tanning
- Do not pick or scratch the skin
- Avoid harsh treatments or waxing for at least 1 week

- Avoid makeup for 24–48 hours depending on skin sensitivity

- Use gentle skincare products for the next few days
- Stretch gently if recommended by your therapist
- Listen to your body and allow any mild soreness or sensitivity to settle naturally

- Avoid intense exercise, excessive sweating, saunas, and steam rooms for 24–48 hours
- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds
- Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine immediately after treatment
