BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS

All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule and appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late to your appointment your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full treatment price will still apply.

Consultation & suitability

All appointments will involve a consultation, this ensures the treatment is suitable for your skin type and condition. Certain treatments may be refused if contraindications are present. An alternative will be suggested if possible.

Results & skin reactions

All treatments are carried out professionally using high-quality products and techniques. However, individual results may vary. Temporary redness, sensitivity or mild reactions may occur and will be explained during consultation and aftercare guidance.

Medical conditions

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications or skin concerns prior to treatment. Failure to do so may affect treatment suitability and results.

Right to refuse treatment

I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the clients skin or medical condition.
