Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment = deposit
lost. Repeated late cancellations may require full payment upfront.
No Shows must pay the full service price before booking again. No shows will not be rebooked without payment.
Please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24hours before your booking without losing your deposit.
