Terms & Conditions for Skin by Olivya Moon 1. Appointments & Bookings • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of £30 to secure the booking. • Full payment must be made before or on the day of the treatment. • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. • No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. 3. Medical Conditions & Suitability • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe based on the client’s medical history. • Patch tests may be required for certain treatments, and failure to complete them may result in appointment cancellation. 4. Results & Liability • Results vary based on individual skin types and conditions. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. • The clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions if aftercare instructions are not followed. • Clients must sign a consent form before undergoing any treatment. 5. Refunds & Exchanges • No refunds on completed treatments. • If a client has an adverse reaction, an alternative solution may be offered at the clinic’s discretion. • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if agreed upon. 6. Aftercare & Follow-ups • Clients will receive aftercare instructions, and it is their responsibility to follow them. • Follow-up appointments, if necessary, must be booked within the recommended timeframe. 7. Pricing & Promotions • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. • Deposits made during promotions are non-refundable. 8. Data Protection & Privacy • Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. • Photos may be taken for treatment progress and shared online (with consent).
