Please give 48 hours notice for any changes/cancellations otherwise you will be charged for your appointment. This includes no-shows (clients that do not show up to their appointment without notice). Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you so last minute cancellations cost us both time-wise & financially.
If you are over 10 minutes late and we do not have time therefore to complete your treatment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment and asked to re-book for another time. This is due to a busy diary and to minimise impact on other clients. Thank you for understanding.
Patch tests are required for first time clients having a Lash Lift, or Brow Treatment with Skinology Banbury.
Packages of treatments are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers must be used by their expiry date or are no longer valid.
