• A face to face consultation with a presciber for any tox treatments will be required before your appointment. This can be up to 3 months prior or the same day if possible. • Deposits need to be paid within 24 hrs to secure your appointment, if not you will then lose it. • Medical histories & consent forms are to be completed before your appointment. • Please bring the correct amount of cash or pay via bank transfer. Cancellation Policy • Please give atleast 48hrs notice when cancelling your appointment. • If given less than 48hrs notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. • No shows are NOT tolerated and you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost. • If you are anymore than 15 minutes late, your appointment may not be able to go ahead and you will still be charged. • Failure to pay you will not be offered any future appointments with us.
