Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for preparation and consultation.

Appointments

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Health & Safety

Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent health changes. Some conditions may require adjusting or postponing treatment.

Professional Standards

All treatments are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate end of the session.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Deposits may be required for certain bookings.
