All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or direct confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed.
Remaining balance is due on the day of the treatment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
Clients must be 18+ for advanced treatments (microneedling, herbal peels, etc.)
Clients below 18 may receive basic facials with parental consent
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours result in loss of the deposit.
No-shows are charged 100% of the treatment cost and must pay in full before rebooking.
Frequent cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
To respect all clients:

All clients must complete a consultation form before their first appointment.
Forms must be filled in honestly and accurately to ensure your safety.
Some treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior (e.g. herbal peels, chemical peels).
Failure to complete a required patch test will lead to appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
We may decline treatment if it is not safe for you.
Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or skin condition before every appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any method listed on our booking system.
Prices may change at any time; existing bookings keep the rate secured by deposit.
To maintain a calm, safe environment:
No guests, children, or pets unless agreed beforehand
No food or drink inside the treatment area
Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour will result in refusal of service
Before-and-after photos may be taken for record-keeping or marketing purposes.
Photos can be used publicly (social media marketing)
You may opt-out of photo usage at any time.
Results vary depending on individual skin type and lifestyle.
No outcome is guaranteed.
Multiple sessions are advised for best results.
You must follow the provided pre-care and aftercare instructions to support your results and safety.
Clients agree to:
Follow all pre-treatment instructions
Follow aftercare guidance exactly
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for facials (unless told otherwise)
Disclose all medications, health changes, and skin concerns
Notify us promptly if unusual reactions occur post-treatment
While every precaution is taken:
Temporary redness, peeling, breakouts, or sensitivity may occur.
Rare risks include hyperpigmentation, adverse reactions, or infection—particularly if aftercare is not followed.
Skyn Deep Beauty is not liable where:
Medical or skincare information was withheld
Aftercare instructions were not followed
Reactions fall within the normal range of treatment
External factors (e.g., sun exposure, other products) contribute to an issue
All information is kept strictly confidential.
Client data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
We comply fully with GDPR regarding storage and handling of personal information.
