Terms of Service

SkynsCosmetics Booking & Treatment Policy

At SkynsCosmetics, we value your time and commitment. Please read our policy carefully before booking any appointment. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

Deposits & Payments

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
  • The deposit will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your treatment.
  • All treatments and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You must give at least 42 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
  • Reschedules made with less than 42 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • If you fail to attend your appointment, your booking and deposit will be forfeited.

Top-Ups

  • All top-ups have a set deadline. It is the client’s responsibility to book within this time frame.
  • If you miss your top-up deadline, a new appointment and fee will apply.

Policy

  • No children are permitted at appointments for safety and insurance reasons.
  • Please attend your appointment alone, unless you are booked under a “bring a bestie” offer.
  • You are booking at your own risk, and full consultation forms must be completed prior to each treatment.

Consultation Forms

  • A new consultation form must be filled out before each service to ensure your safety and suitability for treatment.
  • Treatments cannot go ahead without a completed form and paid deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may lose their appointment and deposit, as it affects other clients and treatment timing.

Medical Conditions & Suitability

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures before every treatment.

SkynsCosmetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required for certain treatments.

Clients who decline or do not book a patch test accept full responsibility for any reaction or outcome.

Aftercare must be followed as advised. SkynsCosmetics is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

SkynsCosmetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who appears unsuitable, under the influence, or behaves disrespectfully.
