By booking an appointment with Slayedbykt, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your total on the day of your treatment.
• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being nonrefundable, regardless of the reason.
• No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and potentially the full amount. They may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited, as this affects the next client’s booking.
• By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
