2. Appointments

• All appointments must be made through our website, social pages, or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments when necessary.

3. Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final service payment.
• Payments must be completed at the end of your appointment.
• We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment (adjust based on your preference).
• Cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of deposit.
• No-show clients may be charged up to 100% of the service price and may be required to pay in full before booking again.

5. Patch Tests & Health Conditions

• Some services (lash lift, tint, etc.) may require a patch test 24–48 hours prior to treatment.

• Clients must disclose any:

• Allergies

• Medical conditions

• Eye infections

• Skin sensitivities

• Recent surgeries or treatments

• Sleek and Chic Glam Studio reserves the right to refuse service if we believe treatment is unsafe.
