If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. - I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary, with reasonable notice provided. 2. **Cancellations and Rescheduling** - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. - No-shows will be charged the full service cost. 3. **Payments** - Payments are due at the time of service and can be made by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. - All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. 4. **Consultations** - A thorough consultation will be conducted before any service to understand your hair needs and preferences. - Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. 5. **Services** - I strive to provide the best possible service and results. However, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and history. - Any dissatisfaction with the service must be reported within 7 days of the appointment to discuss possible corrections. 6. **Health and Safety** - For the safety and comfort of all clients, please refrain from bringing pets to your appointment (service animals are permitted). - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. 7. **Liability** - I am not liable for any damage to clothing or personal items during the service. Protective coverings are provided. - I am not responsible for any adverse reactions to products used during the service if all known allergies and sensitivities were not disclosed. 8. **Confidentiality** - All personal information shared during your appointment will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. 9. **Changes to Terms and Conditions** - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
