Studio Policies
Fresh Starts Only - Please note we do not remove work from other nail technicians. To ensure the best results and maintain the health of your nails, please arrive with bare nails.
Note: If you have a set from a previous SNAS Studio appointment, Please ensure you book the appropriate removal service.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strictly kind and respectful environment. Discriminatory language, bullying, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate end to the session and a ban from SNAS Studio.
Repaires & Maintenance
We want your nails to stay perfect! If life happens and you need a fix, here is our policy:
The 5 - Day Guarantee:
If you have any issues within the first 5 days of your appointment, come back in and we will fix it free of charge.
After 5 days: For any chips or breaks after the initial guarantee period, we offer individual Gel or BIAB repairs priced per nail.
Important for Infills: If you have a broken nail that needs replacing during your infill appointment please add “Repair” to your booking. This ensures we have enough time to rebuild your nail perfectly without rushing your service!
