Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services we have a no refund policy on all services and products. All sales are final. Cancellations/ Late LATE we have a 15 minutes grace policy. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and your payment / deposit will be forfeited. CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled /rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. After 48 hours, a new deposit is required. RESCHEDULING Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. This must be within 30 days of your original appointment. CANCELLATIONS & NO CALL / NO SHOW If client decides to cancel the deposit / payment will be fortified. No call / no show will result in your deposit / payment been fortified.
