Punctuality & Courtesy If you do not attend your appointment and do not let us know, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a charge may be applied, and your appointment may not be able to go ahead.
Cancellations We understand that some circumstances are out of your control, so every cancellation will be treated individually. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied.
Deposits All bookings require a £10 deposit, which will be taken off your total treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Repairs Nail repairs are free of charge within the first 72 hours of your appointment. After this time period, repairs are charged at £3 per nail plus nail art charge if this applies.
Purchase of Retail Products All products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Gift Vouchers Cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Valid for 12 months from purchase.
Price Alterations We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation at any time.
Data Protection Policy All data is stored within GDPR guidelines, protected by ICO. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Medical Conditions Please disclose all medical conditions to your therapist, including pregnancy.
Mobile Phones Please refrain from using your mobile phone during treatment when possible.
Hygiene Please wash your hands upon arrival with hand wash provided. All tools and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised before and after every client.
Payment Cash or bank transfer accepted. Bank transfers must be made at the time of your appointment. Online booking through my booking app accepts card payments only.
Patch Testing Lash Lift and Tint treatment requires a patch test 48 hours prior.
