Sophies Wowbrows – Booking Policy

• A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments (deducted from final balance)

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule • Less than 24 hours = deposit lost • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost

• Please arrive on time – 10–15 mins late may result in cancellation (full cost applies)

• Consultations required for anti-wrinkle, fillers, skin boosters, RF microneedling & microblading • All medical conditions, medications & allergies must be disclosed

• Patch test required (24–48 hrs prior) for lash lift & tint, brow treatments & new microblading clients

• Results vary & some treatments require a course • Aftercare must be followed

• No refunds on completed treatments

• 18+ only for injectable/advanced treatments (ID may be required)

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if unsafe or unsuitable
