📝 Booking Policy - Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer to secure your appointment. Without this, your slot cannot be held.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a £20 charge per service booked (e.g. £20 for hands, £20 for toes). This fee must be paid before rebooking.

If you give 48+ hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date. After one transfer, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Failure to attend without contacting me will result in the full remaining balance being due. No-shows may be refused future bookings until this balance is cleared, and a new deposit will always be required.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are up to 15 minutes late, a simpler design may be required to ensure the appointment can still be completed within the remaining time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
