We request all our clients to notify us as soon as possible in case of cancellations. We adhere to a strict no show and cancellation policy.
We understand that some events are unavoidable and may require you to cancel your appointment. In such event, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a 50% cost of the treatment booked.
