For general maintenance to maintain your hair cut or colour, I would recommend the following:

Haircuts: Short hair - every 4-6 weeks Long hair - every 8-12 weeks

Hair Colouring: Root touch up - every 6-8 weeks Highlights - every 8-12 weeks Balayage - every 4-6 months
