1. Appointments & Booking • All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or directly via our contact options. • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from the total price of your service. • Without a deposit, your slot may be offered to someone else. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. 12 hours' notice for rescheduleing • If less than 48 or 12 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows may result in being asked to pay the full service cost upfront for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or adjust your appointment, and your deposit will be lost. 4. Patch Tests • All colour services require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. • Failure to complete a patch test may result in your service being cancelled. 5. Pricing & Payment • All prices are subject to change and are confirmed during your consultation or upon booking. • Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment by cash or card. 6. Children & Guests • Due to limited space and health & safety, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children unless being serviced. 7. Service Satisfaction • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it promptly. • We do not offer refunds, but we will do our best to fix any issues. 8. Photos & Social Media • Before & after photos may be taken for social media or portfolio use. Let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed. 9. Videos Strandsoflove is on TikTok so you may be asked if if it’s okay to film your transformation
