Aftercare- Try and use a cuticle oil every day
- Avoid soaking your nails for long periods of time
- Do not use your nails as tools, things like picking tape, opening cans or parcels can damage your nails
- Wear gloves when cleaning or gardening
- Do not pick your biab or gel off, this can cause damage to your nails and effect how long your next set will last
