To keep your appointments running smoothly and fair for all clients, we kindly ask you to read and understand our booking policy before securing your appointment. These policies ensure we can provide the best possible service to everyone and protect our time and business.
Booking & Booking Fee’s
- A non refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This will then be deducted from the final balance on the day of your treatment.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment without sufficient notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- Reschedules or cancellations must be made with more than 48 hours notice of your booked appointment.
- Any reschedule or cancellation requests made within 48-24 hours notice will require 50% of the treatment cost to be paid.
- Any reschedule or cancellation requests made within 24 hours, the day of, or you fail to show will require full payment to be paid.
- If these fee’s are refused & not paid, all future appointments will be cancelled.
Patch Tests & Reactions
- A patch test is required at least 48-72 hours before your first tint, stain, lamination, lash lift or lash extension service.
- If a positive reaction occurs, the treatment cannot be carried out for safety reasons.
- In such cases, booking fees may be transferred to another suitable service at the salons discretion.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
- Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled and full payment will be required. A new booking fee will be required for the new appointment.
Payment Of Services
- The treatment cost is to be paid the day of your appointment.
- We accept cash & card. We do not accept bank transfers unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change in line with salon costs rising, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.
Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies or changes in any medication & circumstances before each visit.
- We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it may be unsafe to proceed.
Children & Guests
To ensure a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless arranged with your therapist in advance.
Nails & Lashes
Please note I DO NOT remove or infil any other tech’s work. If you have products applied from elsewhere before your first appointment with me, this must be removed prior to your visit.
If you arrive with someone else’s work on your nails / lashes, you will be turned away and will still be charged.
