Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to the policies outlined below.
📅 Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings for colour services or extension services.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
🚗 Parking
Please ensure you are not parked across footpaths. If the driveway is free please use it otherwise parking is available across the end off the driveway alongside the road.
💳 Payments
- Payment is required in full at the end of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods: (insert your payment methods e.g. cash, card, bank transfer, Afterpay if applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be informed beforehand.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments will automatically incur a 50–100% service fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.
💇♀️ Colour, Extensions & Service Results
- Colour results vary depending on hair history, hair condition, existing colour, and aftercare.
- Some colour goals may require multiple sessions to achieve safely.
I cannot guarantee results if:
- You have box dye or colour build-up
- You do not follow recommended aftercare
- You fail to disclose previous colour or chemical treatments
💁♀️ Extensions Terms
- A deposit is required to order hair extensions.
- All extension hair purchases are non-refundable.
- Move-up appointments are required every 7–8 weeks to maintain the health of the extensions and natural hair.
- Incorrect aftercare (e.g., not brushing properly, using incorrect products, or missing maintenance appointments) may affect longevity and is not the responsibility of the stylist.
🧴 Aftercare
- Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your colour and extensions.
- You agree to follow your provided Aftercare Guide including washing routines, treatment frequency, and maintenance timelines.
- Results cannot be guaranteed without recommended professional products.
📸 Photos & Social Media
- Photos/videos may be taken of your hair before and after your service.
- These may be used on social media or for marketing unless you request otherwise.
⚠️ Safety & Allergies
- Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous adverse reactions.
- Patch tests are available and recommended for new colour clients.
🛍 Retail Products
- Due to hygiene and safety, all product sales are final and cannot be returned.
🤝 Respecting Time & Professionalism
- I strive to provide a calm, professional environment for all clients.
- Abusive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
