By booking an appointment with Studio M, you agree to the following terms: • Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final balance. • Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, 50% of the treatment cost will be due before rebooking. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. • Refunds: No refunds are given for completed treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours. • Suitability & Contraindications: It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies or contraindications before your appointment. • Aftercare: Full aftercare advice will be provided. Failure to follow it may affect your results, and I cannot be held responsible.
