Booking Appointments

Appointments at Studio.19 can be made through the online booking system or directly with me via message. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and allowing enough time for their appointment. Any nail art, add-ons or extras must be discussed or added at the time of booking. Please provide inspiration photos where required.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments, whether booked online or via direct message. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If the deposit is not paid within the agreed time, the appointment slot may be released.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Cash or bank transfer is accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being retained.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, which must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid delays to other clients. In this case, the full treatment price may still apply.
