Terms and Conditions


Late or no show to appointments

Loss of appointment due to late arrival (more than 20 minutes) or a complete no show to appointment you will be required to make full payment of the service booked. As you can appreciate my time is very valuable when you are self-employed. Thankyou.


Appointments

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled within the 48 hour notice period will be required to pay 100% of the service booked. Payment will be required 24 hours within cancellation. If you are unable to make your appointment or running late or need to reschedule please ensure you notify me via direct message on Instagram or text message. I will do my best to reschedule appointments however, if we are unable to do so and it is less than 48 hours notice. The above fee will be incurred. If you are running late for your appointment I will only carry out the service that can be done in the allocated time left. For example if you are booked in for gold level nail art this will have to be reduced to a lower level.


Refunds

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on products or services provided due to the time spent doing so. As your nail technician I will always endeavour to give you the best service possible and rectify any problems or complaints raised. Any complaints or problems made to myself within the 48 hours of the service being carried will be free of charge. All subject to concern raised.
