Terms and conditions

  • Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 16 years old to book an appointment. Clients under 18 require parental consent.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required when booking appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
  • No-Show Fees: Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 100% of service cost no-show fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service cost.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to appointment time will lose their deposit
  • Day off appointment cancellations will be charged 100% the full amount of your balance
  • Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, fungal infections) prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a health risk.
  • Nail Condition: Services are provided based on the condition of your nails. We may recommend alternative treatments if your nails are not suitable for the requested service (e.g., acrylics on damaged nails).
  • Respectful Behaviour: Clients are expected to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, including harassment or disrespect.
  • Personal Information: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details) to manage bookings and provide services. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Consent: By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of your information for appointment-related communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders).
  • Damage to nails: We are not liable for damage to nails caused by improper aftercare, removal of enhancements by the client, or pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed in your consultation forms
