Booking Fee: A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances and are deducted from the final service total unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice may be moved to a new date; however, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to a charge up to 100% of the service cost.

No show: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.

These policies are in place to protect appointment time and ensure fairness to all clients and the business.

In order to provide the best quality of service, I kindly ask my clients to arrive on time and are ready to start at the time selected. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to later date or to the end of the day.

Refund Policy

At Studio L, all treatments are carried out with a high level of care, using professional products and techniques tailored to each individual client.

Due to the nature of our services, all treatments are non-refundable once completed. This is because appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and products are used during the service.

We take pride in our work and client satisfaction is important to us. However, results can vary depending on factors such as skin type, preparation, and aftercare. For this reason, clients are expected to follow all pre and post treatment advice provided.

If you have a concern following your appointment, this must be reported within 24 hours. Where a genuine application issue has occurred, a complimentary touch up may be offered at the discretion of Studio L.

Please note:

• Touch ups / corrections are assessed on a case by case basis.

• Concerns raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for adjustment and may be chargeable.
