Booking Fee: A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances and are deducted from the final service total unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice may be moved to a new date; however, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to a charge up to 100% of the service cost.

No show: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.

These policies are in place to protect appointment time and ensure fairness to all clients and the business.

In order to provide the best quality of service, I kindly ask my clients to arrive on time and are ready to start at the time selected. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to later date or to the end of the day.
