Terms and Conditions

Cancellations made within 24 hours will require 100% of the original appointment price. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be required to pay 50% of the original appointment price.

If you are running late please let me know, I will try my best to accommodate you however please be aware your appointment may be altered to a more basic set as I have other clients to stay on schedule for! If you are over 10 minutes late will be classed as a “no show” and you will be charged.

If you do not show up to your appointment you are required to pay 100% fee of the original appointment price.

If you are unhappy with your nails, please tell me before any of the curing process has started. It is my aim to make you as comfortable as possible and allow you to be open and honest with me during the appointment, I will ask multiple times all the way through the appointment if you are happy!

A nail fix is free if a nail breaks within 24 hours. Anything after that will have to pay.
