Terms and conditions

I do not offer removals or infills on other nail tech’s work. Please come to appointments with bare nails, unless you have product on your nails that was applied by me. If you arrive with another nail techs work on, we will not be able to complete your appointment, as I do not know what products have been used and therefore cannot guarantee a safe removal.

I offer a grace period of 10 minutes for each appointment, if you arrive anytime after this period your appointment will be forfeited as I am back to back and do not have time to accommodate this. If you know you will be arriving late, please let me know if you will be here within the grace period, otherwise we will have to reschedule and it will be marked as a no show.

As I am a home based salon, I do not have a waiting area for those who arrive early. If you arrive before your appointment time please wait in your car until I have let you know when to come in as I could be with another client.

As a home based salon, I do not have the space to accommodate any guests/children you may bring to your appointment, so I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. A salon can be an unsafe environment for anyone under the age of 16 so please do not bring any children to your appointment. If for any reason you need to bring someone to your appointment, please get in touch with me. I will attempt to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

If you need to come in for a repair within 72 hours of your appointment, this will be free. Anytime after this period will have a charge per nail. (£2 per nail, £4 if an extension is needed) It is ESSENTIAL to follow the proper aftercare necessary once receiving treatment as not following this can lead to early breaking/chipping. I do not charge a deposit for appointments, however if an appointment is cancelled within 24hrs, or in the event of a no show, a fee of 50% of that appointment will need to be paid before being able to rebook with me. I understand things happen that are out of our control, however this is to protect me and my business.

I do not offer extensions on anyone under the age of 16, as they can be harmful for anyone of this age with their growing nail beds. Alternatively, I offer Builder Gel and Gel Polish services to anyone over the age of 14.
