I've visited Ella at Studio Snoh before, and now again my nails are done flawlessly. Ella is so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable on her craft, today I asked for another BIAB but in a colour as absolutely natural-looking as possible, and it's been done perfectly. The workspace is comfortable and relaxing, and everything is so nice and meticulously clean, it's very reassuring healthwise. Wow! I’m extremely particular when it comes to my nails, so I don’t give praise lightly — but I couldn’t be happier with the result. The BIAB finish is flawless, beautifully shaped, and done with real attention to detail. Ella clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of the end result. On top of that, we had a great chat and she was such easy, relaxed company throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend her to anyone who values a perfect finish.

Training at Studio Snoh was such a positive experience. Even though I can be quite nervous going into new environments, Ella made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. The atmosphere was welcoming, supportive, and relaxed, which made learning feel natural rather than overwhelming. Training alongside others was lovely, we stayed focused but still had fun, and watching clean, classy, timeless nail sets come together was so satisfying. It honestly made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 8 years and Ella is hands down the best nail tech I’ve come across. Precision and perfection every time, also no lifting after being told for ages that my nails are the problem that I get lifting all the time. Amazing!
