Terms and Conditions


Deposit

A 15-20% deposit is required for each booking. You will receive details about this in your booking email. Please follow the instructions. If you have any issues at all with payment please contact me directly.


Service Satisfaction

•If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns with a complimentary adjustment, if appropriate. •No refunds will be given after services have been rendered.


Payment

•Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. •Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but you will be informed of any changes before your appointment.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

•Deposit is Non-Refundable. •Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. •Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. •Multiple cancellations or no-shows may lead to a requirement for full payment upfront for future bookings. It can also lead to a ban from booking with myself in the future.
