Terms and Conditions

You must show up to your appointment on time, unfortunately if you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your treatment! No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. During busy times such as christmas or halloween, please only come alone unless agreed with our tech beforehand; this is due to busy periods having the salon consistently full off clients and the shop is simply not big enough during these times. If you are coming from another tech and have product on, this will need to be removed and I will not complete foreign fills on treatments because I cannot guarantee we use the same product nor guarantee if your previous technician has used the correct products.
