Sunburn

Unfortunately, I’m unable to carry out your tan if you have sunburn, as this can affect both your skin and the final result. Please take care of your skin in the lead-up to your appointment as I really don’t want to turn you away.

If you arrive with sunburn, I won’t be able to proceed with your treatment and your deposit will be lost.


No Shows

I understand that plans can change, however missed appointments have a direct impact on my small business. If you’re unable to attend your booking, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible and in line with the cancellation policy. In cases where an appointment is missed without notice, your deposit will be retained to help cover the time and resources set aside for you. This helps me keep my schedule running smoothly while continuing to provide the best service to all my customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations

A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or no shows will result in the loss of your £10 deposit.
