All appointments must be booked in advance as there is a no walk in option. • Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a penalty. • Late arrivals - please let me know if you are running late but please note if you are more than 15 minutes late this may result in a cancelled appointment. • It is important to make me aware of any medical conditions or allergies before we start the service. • I also may take photos of treatments I have completed, if this is not something you would like please let me know and photos will not be posted or taken on any socials or websites. By booking an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. • These may be updated at any time, and clients will be notified of changes where appropriate.
